What the platform promises, and what stays your call.
These terms set out how subscriptions work, where the software stops and the florist starts, and how freshness windows and demand forecasts should be read.
The agreement
These terms apply to any business that creates an account on the platform or uses it under a paid subscription, and to anyone who uses an account on that business's behalf. Creating an account or continuing to use the platform means accepting them.
Where a signed order form or a written quotation sets different commercial terms for a specific subscriber, that document takes precedence on the points it covers.
Accounts and access
An account is created for a business, and access is granted to named users within it. Credentials are personal to the user they are issued to and must not be shared across a team or a shift.
- The subscribing business is responsible for who it grants access to and at what role.
- Roles exist specifically so bench and delivery staff can work without commercial figures being open to them; configuring roles appropriately is the subscriber's responsibility.
- Suspected unauthorised access should be reported promptly so the account can be secured.
Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are quoted per location against a plan, order volume and the number of stock lines in use. Quotations are issued after a walkthrough so the figure reflects the actual operation rather than a band it does not fit.
- Subscriptions run month to month unless a longer term is agreed in writing.
- Fees are payable in advance of each term. Access to paid features may be suspended where an invoice remains unpaid after reasonable notice.
- Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately and is pro-rated. Moving to a lower plan takes effect from the next term.
- Adding locations to a multi-site subscription adjusts the fee from the date the location is enabled.
The approval model
This section is central to how the platform is designed, and it is not a disclaimer. The platform produces suggestions. It does not act commercially on a subscriber's behalf.
- No price is changed, no promotion is published and no bundle is made available to a customer without an explicit release by an authorised account.
- Wholesale purchase orders are not placed by the platform. Buying decisions, quantities and suppliers remain with the subscriber.
- No message is sent to a subscriber's customers or gift recipients by the platform. Occasion reminders are raised internally to the subscriber's team.
Where a subscriber configures margin floors, maximum discounts or protected varieties, suggestions are constrained by those settings. Keeping those settings current is the subscriber's responsibility.
Nature of freshness and demand outputs
Freshness windows are calculated estimates. They are derived from vase-life profiles, recorded intake dates and the handling conditions entered by the subscriber. Living stock varies by grower, harvest, transport and storage, so a window is operational guidance and not a guarantee that a given stem will last a stated number of days.
Demand forecasts are projections built from historical orders, occasion calendars and seasonal patterns. They will be wrong sometimes, particularly in the first weeks before enough history exists. Forecasts are decision support; purchasing, staffing and pricing decisions taken on the basis of them remain the subscriber's commercial decisions.
Any wastage-reduction figure shown on the public site is explicitly illustrative, is based on typical patterns for perishable stock, and is not a projection of a specific business's results.
Your responsibilities
- Entering intake records, quantities and received dates accurately, since every downstream calculation depends on them.
- Setting delivery-window capacities that reflect real workroom and delivery capacity.
- Holding a lawful basis for the customer and recipient details entered into the platform, and handling requests from those individuals about their own records.
- Complying with the food-safety, labelling and consumer rules that apply to any perishable gifting components sold, which the platform tracks but does not certify.
Acceptable use
The platform must not be used to:
- Attempt to access another subscriber's data, or to probe, scan or test the security of the service without written permission.
- Resell, sublicense or expose platform functionality as a service to third parties without agreement.
- Upload content that is unlawful, or use stored customer records to send unsolicited marketing in breach of applicable rules.
- Interfere with the operation of the service, including by placing automated load on it beyond normal use.
Ownership of data and of the platform
Inventory records, order history, customer and recipient records, and operational settings entered by a subscriber remain that subscriber's property. A full export in a standard format is available at any time.
The platform itself, including its interfaces, freshness and forecasting logic, documentation and brand, remains the property of its owner. A subscription grants a right to use the service during its term and does not transfer any ownership in it.
Aggregated, de-identified operational statistics may be used to improve forecasting accuracy and vase-life profiles. Such statistics never identify a subscriber, a customer or a recipient, and are never shared in a form that could.
Availability and support
The service is provided on a continuing basis, with planned maintenance scheduled outside peak trading periods wherever possible. Support is available through the contact channels published on this site during working hours, with operational issues raised by existing subscribers routed ahead of general enquiries.
No uptime percentage is committed to in these terms. Where a specific availability commitment is required, it is agreed separately in writing.
Limitation of liability
The platform supports decisions about perishable stock; it does not take them. To the extent permitted by law, liability is excluded for losses arising from stock that perished, demand that did not materialise, purchases made against a forecast, prices released by a subscriber, or deliveries that failed for reasons outside the platform.
To the extent permitted by law, total liability in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid for it in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Ending the subscription
A subscription can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current paid term. There is no cancellation penalty and no lock-in period on month-to-month plans.
Access to export remains available through the end of the paid term, so a subscriber leaves with their full inventory, order and customer history. Access may be suspended or ended for non-payment after notice, or immediately for a serious breach of the acceptable use section.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be revised as the service develops. Where a change materially affects a subscriber's rights or obligations, notice is given to account administrators before it takes effect, and continued use after that point constitutes acceptance. Changes are never applied retroactively to a term already paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. Where a dispute can reasonably be resolved in conversation, that is the preferred route and will be attempted first.
